For the corners sl st, ch1 sl st,

Peanut Butter and Jam – Light brown and Red yarn

Crochet a square the same size as the bread and finish off, if you want it to overhang slightly make it one or two stitches longer than the bread. I found that the same size gives you enough of a view but then again I don’t like messy sandwiches.

Finishing

Weave in ends and sew closed at corners.

If this is intended to be a toy for a child I would sew down all the edges so it does not come apart.
